Returns and exchanges

At Early Bird, our goal is to offer pure comfort for your precious baby with our premium cotton clothing. In the same way, we strive for you to have an excellent experience as a buyer, so if you want an exchange or return of the product, do not hesitate to send it back. We kindly ask you to take into account our return policy that we detail below.

Product Return Policy 

  1. Return period: Customers have the right to return a product purchased. Complete the form that appears in this link request - refund within 30 days after order was delivered,, provided that the product was not purchased at a discount. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the eligibility criteria set forth in this policy. 
  2. Exceptions: Discounted products will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable United States law.
  3. Product conditions: To be accepted for return, a product must meet the following requirements:
  1. Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage. 
  2. Not have been used, washed, or improperly handled. 
  3. Retain original labels and packaging, including all accessories and documentation provided with the product.
  1. Reporting imperfections: If the received product has any defects or imperfections, the customer must notify us within 5 calendar days after receiving it. Notifications should be sent to the email address info@earlybirdus.com including a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs of the defective product.
  2. Return process: Once we receive the return notification and, if applicable, the information about imperfections, our customer service team will review the request and determine whether the product meets the requirements for return under our return and exchange policy. If the return is approved, detailed instructions will be provided to the customer for shipping the product back.
  3. Refund: After receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will inform the customer if they are entitled to a refund. The refund will be made in accordance with our return and exchange policy, as well as applicable United States law. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase and will be made within a reasonable period, as established by law. Returns 30 days after purchase date do not qualify for cash back. In those cases a store credit will be issued for the current selling price of the merchandise returned.

By making a purchase in our store, the customer agrees and commits to comply with the terms and conditions of our product return policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
